I took my daughter’s car to DOC Motors and honestly, I was nervous at first. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I was afraid of being taken advantage of. But it was the complete opposite!
From the moment we walked in, the waiting area felt warm and welcoming—like home. My 17-year-old daughter wandered over to the play area, and I watched her turn into a kid again, sitting on the floor and playing with all the toys!
The customer service was exceptional. The team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—I felt like I was talking to family. They were honest about what my daughter’s car needed, and I never felt pressured or unsure.
