WORTH EVERY DOLLAR! My first time at Doc’s after receiving the mail flyer and the pictures do it no justice ! You can’t photograph their hospitality. From the moment I walked in you are welcomed as if your family ! This lobby literally was designed for the customer ! From the hidden play center for the tots and a large table with many toy cars for them to play , to a spot set apart for the working on the go with adjustable table to sit /stand as you work . My eyes just kept looking and seeing how this owner thought of us not only in the garage but also in our waiting ! Haven’t seen such a well thought out use of space with us in mind . From the ease of making my appt for the same day is a rarity ! Alondra was so polite and didn’t just stay behind the counter she walked over to me just to explain things . She herself walked me to the garage where I met Miguel the mechanic and his assistant and the way they explained to me about what the car needed and the WHY was so appreciated. The young man who assisted Miguel even came back out to me as I waited in lobby a mentioned they washed my engine with no charge but just wanted to make sure I knew why water and solvent might drip from the cleaning ! Like not even my dealer does this ! Allen , service advisor is someone you will remember for his professionalism coupled with his expertise in the field . He took time to explain and is truly an asset to this place! You WONT regret coming to Doc’s Motor Works! I went in for the 49.99 full synthetic oil change and left with my new favorite shop that does sooo much more than just oil changes ! They are a full service Mechanic place with TOP NOTCH mechanics and staff that immediately feel like FAMILIA! Thank you Doc , for making my first time so memorable in knowing there are still GREAT PLACES that care enough to employee GREAT PEOPLE!
